Our Organization

​UCC’s team offers a wide range of real estate experience and professional expertise. The Principals have combined real estate and capital market experience in excess of 80 years, including both private company and public company experience.  The principals have multi-family, retail, student housing, real estate law, and private equity backgrounds.  In total the principals have owned or operated 10,000 multi-family units, 6 million sq feet of retail, and have taken a real estate company public on the NYSE.
